Our starting point is the consultation with an architect. You may have your own, otherwise we could introduce you to architects or designers who we work closely with. The process of developing a design that reflects your living style and esthetic concerns can take several months.

We like to be involved as early as possible, assisting you with cost saving opportunities or living
functionality that would be of a benefit to you.

KT Industries has specific standards and procedures in which we follow on a daily basis, we always exceed code requirements. Our suppliers and trades people are required at all times to sign off on these standards to ensure that your custom home is of the highest possible quality and workmanship that we at KT Industries can give.
